A Location Tracking Request occurs each time you click the “Locate Unit” button. A Tracking Credit is used for each successful location tracking request.

Adding tracking credits when you need them on top of your montly plan is easy to purchase and manage. Simply select the TrackPack that suits your need. Each TrackPack is good for 90 days.

Once you have purchased a TrackPack, each Tracking Credit may be used at any time within a 90 day period. If you don't choose to purchase another TrackPack within those 90 days, any unused Tracking Credits will expire. However, if you do decide to add another TrackPack to your account within 90 days, any unused Tracking Credits will be rollover to the next 90 day period.
