To whom it concern,

In July of this year we purchased Snitches from Blackline GPS. The reason was primarily for tracking our trucks and equipment from job-site to job-site. Secondly, was the security of our fleet. We have found the GPS units easy to install and even easier to monitor. In early November of this year, we had one of our service trucks stolen. Thankfully we had installed a Snitch in this vehicle. We were able to immediately track the vehicle's position, contact police, and aid the recovery of our truck/equipment. The police were able to locate the vehicle very quickly. Within half an hour we had the vehicle back and all of our equipment as well. If not for the GPS, surely we would have lost a lot of equipment. Also, we were further able to aid police by providing them with a map of where the vehicle was during the hours it was stolen. We are now on the process of adding more Snitches to more of our equipment. Needless to say we are very happy with this program as it gives us a sense of security we never had before.

I have been using the Snitch since January of 2008 to track and locate my Mom who suffers from Alzheimer's disease. She is able to travel by bus/LRT on her own but does on occasion forget how to get back home.

With the Snitch I have 100% peace of mind with the ability to locate where my Mom is during her afternoon outings. I can determine if she is safe and taking the correct way out or back home. On the occasions where she has become lost, the Snitch has allowed me to find her. I have pin pointed her location to a bus stop, LRT platform, and even certain retail stores. She is always amazed at how I can find her so quickly - I just say it's magic.

Snitch and the tracking web site is very easy to use. The product and the people who support it keeps my Mom safe and gives me peace of mind. Thank you Blackline GPS!
