Location Turnaround Time
The turnaround time for a location is dependant upon (a) if you are hardwired and (b) the level of GPS signal coverage for your location.  GPS signals are everywhere globally, however become weaker when penetrating into buildings parking garages.  Location turnaround time increases when the signal levels are weaker, and may take a couple minutes, if signals are extremely weak.  When your vehicle is on the move, location turnaround time is “optimum”.  Your first location is returned typically within 30 to 45 seconds.  If you request another location within 45 seconds of your last one, locations are often received within 15 seconds.
